Scan your medal upon receipt to activate it and create your pet's profile.

The estimated shipping time is 48 business hours. You will be notified when your order has shipped. Delivery then takes 3 business days.
Is a subscription required to use the tag? +
No. The essential features remain accessible without a mandatory subscription.
Do I need to recharge the medal? +
No. The QR Code and the NFC chip work without a battery and do not require any recharging.
How am I notified in the event of a scan? +
By text message, email and notification.
Can I modify my pet's information after activation? +
Yes. You can update your pet's profile information from your AURIA account.
Can I share the profile with a pet sitter? +
Yes. You can share useful information with a trusted person. If your pet is lost during the pet-sitting period, the pet sitter can activate Lost mode and become the priority contact. You are also notified when this is activated.
